Hi,
Do you guys recommend those rules lander with mobile/wap traffic?
I just tried a rules lander and it seems like I am getting a less ctr on my lander...
I am thinking that... the user does not need to go all through those click yes/no questions as with mobile/wap is making them harder to convert?
I saw that thread of maynzie... and he only had 1 image in his lander and entire image was a link to the offer...
They definitely convert on mobile/wap thats for sure, but like Caurmen mentioned in his Bangkok speech, there are infinite more landing pages that could WAY out perform the rules lander, no one steps out of the zone.
So yes, Rules landers for mobile DEFINITELY work, but maybe you can pioneer a new page for yourself just get the creative juices flowing
Thanks a lot maynzie...
I still haven't figure out a way to pioneer my own lander yet... I am just using other people's lander as of now... and testing here and there...
I believe the landers that has been used by super affiliates are the way to go when you have no golden nugget yet...
anyway...
my main problem is when I try to pause less performing banners/lander... and throwing a lot of traffic with the banner/lander that were working... that is when the offer starts tanking...
That sounds more like an issue with scaling at the traffic source, not the offer.
Or, you have sent too little data and the EPC observed is not an accurate average.
Good offers want traffic and it's not often that they do anything malicious with volume increases. At least, in most verticals.
I've tested and used rules landers on WAP. It works, but not always. Sometimes the step by step process isn't favored for some offers.
I can attest the rules lander still works fine on WAP.
However you need to find the right traffic / banners and offer to make it work.
2 years ago where you would slap a rules lander on nearly any traffic source and get 300% ROI but that has changed.
Lot of other types of landers for mobile exist!
