Thank you for your valuable information. I have done a landing page and put it to subdomain.domain.com and when the user click Install that links to http://f5mtrack.com/?a=xxxxxx&c=xxxxx&s1=offer&s2={{{bidhash}}}

Do i have to put subdomain.domain.com as link to Decisive, Creative options?

I'm not tracking the campaign in Voluum because i don't know what link to put there for tracking

Follow Voluum's guide for setting up Decisive as a tracking source.

Set up a campaign in Voluum that links to your landing page, has your F5 offer as the offer, and make sure you have your CTA link on your lander as http://something.trackvoluum.com/click.

Use your Voluum campaign URL as your creative URL at Decisive.

I have not the same number of clicks in Decisive and F5media. Have i done anything wrong?!

It's pretty normal to have some click discrepancy - how many clicks have you lost between the two?

How many clicks are turning up in Voluum compared to those at Decisive? Make sure to take into account time zones - i.e. look at the data for all time for the campaign to make sure you aren't getting different periods of click data.

What countries does the offer allow?

What countries are listed in Voluum amongst the data?
