some time ago I submitted my application to neverblue but it was declined, I sent them another e-mail with more details and I mentioned STM but they just didnt answer me this time. I wonder if anyone can help me with application approval or give me skype or other direct contact of some person in neverblue who can help.

I had the same problem with them, every other network approved me without problems except of NB.
