Out Of The Box Solution?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for something to create paths, quizzes, whatever you want to call them. Tendancy to see them on submit offers.

Is there something out of the box which gathers all data and can easily put together these paths i.e If user says no, show blah blah blah.

I will go custom if there is not a solution it's not an issue but i thought i;d check to see what was about
