They look like FB ads... Power Editor, or the self-serve ad tool. 
Well, the middle two are likely run direct by Plarium so normal rules don't apply.
As for the others, well the first is fine but the last one shows a lot of skin - could have sneaked it through or FB considered it relevant and compliant... FB isn't against bikinis they just are against using scantily clad women when it's not explicitly relevant to the product/service. Obviously fine if advertising a lingerie store... and in this case it might be a video of some Baywatch-like crap or Kate Upton on a beach. Flip a coin on it.
