Since few of my fb ads account got banned, I have to move on.. 
here's how I create new FB (ads) account :
- day 1: create FB account, phone verified, add friends + paypal using same email (gmail), VCC verified (netteler / entropay)
- day 2: play games, comments, join page / group and asking more friends (daily activity) + create page
- day 3: (daily activity)
- day 4: (daily activity) + buy game token / credits using paypal
- day 5: (daily activity)
- day 6: (daily activity) + buy game token / credits using paypal
- day 7: (daily activity)
- day 8: (daily activity)
- day 9: (daily activity) + advertise your page (add more likes)
- day 10: (daily activity) + FB ads voucher
short way to do it : buy aged PVA FB acc, verified paypal, fb ad voucher
notes:
- do daily activities
- buy some game tokens / credits (2-3 times)
- start to advertise 3 days after last transaction
* make sure you have enough paypal balance (transfer from another paypal acc)
don't get rush, act normally

I'm skeptical of how well this will work...
FB coupons have been known to flag accounts. PayPal = easy for FB to flag you based on name/address/CC mismatches. VCCs... not sure anyone relies on these.
How many accounts have you made like this? How long have they lasted?

The guys making their accounts differently then everyone else are prob laughing harder. Any automated filter can be bypassed, you simply just need to make your accounts not fall within the parameters they are checking. It can take just 1 simple change to get around them. Not saying game credits will do it but did you guys actually try before discounting it? I'm guessing most people replying never played the cat and mouse game against any website when spamming.
Also it's very cheap/easy to create/fund matching paypals so that's not really an issue.
I wouldn't share if I haven't tested it before.. just in case anyone here need new fb ads account but can't afford to buy it, why dont you just try it ?

Zeno: I've made around 20 accounts so far, and yes some of it got banned after the voucher balance is empty and switched to funding source (paypal got limited because lack of transactions).
PS: for entropay, please use Euro currency to verify paypal
PPS: I never ask anyone to believe it, but may it helps some of us here.. #cheers
btw, I dont sell any FB ads account
PayPal works if your account matches the info you have entered in fb.
Its good but now a days its too easy to make a real account and they are bumped pretty easily. Its not worth my time to make these accounts etc...
I will invest that time in creating fruitful campaigns.

-> Each fb acc should be at least 3months old to run any ads what so ever
->your acc has to look LEGIT like some normal people own it
->its ideal to run a like ad after 3months for 1$ budget everyday till your acc lasts
...i did lots of fb and I had a team doing this + i still do provide funding source help as paypal $ VCCs DOESNT work for multiple accounts so if you guys need any help- PM me

It could work for the Indonesia people but it might not work for others.
