Anybody know why this happens?
I have an adult dating campaign running on TJ/PH. Banner CTR .38, LP CTR 36%. I'm running 8 banners in rotation, 1 offer with 4 offer landers in rotation.
I set a low bid and let it run and the campaign is profitable with an offer CR of about 10%.
I set a high bid and let it run and the campaign tanks with an offer CR of about 4%
I set it back to a low bid and it goes back up.
The low bid is generating 200k impressions and the higher bid is generating 800k impressions.
Initially I was thinking banner blindness or degradation, but the CTRs are virtually identical across either bid.
Any ideas? Hit me up if you need any further information. Thanks...

What placements are you targeting?
My first thought is that you are moving to higher CPM placements and the backend conversion from these is just not as good.

PH NTVB only. It's the exact same campaign in every respect from the placement all the way through to the offer landers (with rotation of course). The only thing that differs is the CPM bid amount.

is it SOI or DOI?
if it is SOI... then it is probably advertiser scrubbing or network scrubbing...
I think it happens... because u move up and you get a lot of clicks... and some of the clicks just puts random name and email (fake ones)..

The offer is SOI. My first thought was scrubbing but I would think that if people are using fake emails it would be proportional across both scenarios, no?
