Sitescout taking forever to approve creatives?

Does anyone have tips on how to expedite the approval process on Sitescout? I created a campaign 2 days ago, funded the account since its the first time I'm using this RTB platform and waited. My creatives are still "eligible" status.

How are us media buyers supposed to take advantage of day-to-day trends if it takes days to approve creative?

Yeah they aren't known for prompt creative approval. Best bet is to get a rep but that may require running some volume first, can't hurt to contact them and try!

I have contacted my CPA network to recommend me rep it speeded up process by a bit but only by a bit. So what I would advice is learn to be patient before you start pushing volume.

Thanks,

I've never understood why networks have over 24 ad approval delays, surely speeding up that process would be one of the fastest way of increasing revenue.

I lost interest with Sitescout for this reason.. takes the wind out of your sails when you add a new creative to a promising campaign, only to wait 48 hours for it to be approved..

Also never got one of my support tickets useful to fix an issue.

But the best answer I had was when I once asked them to remove some duplicated conversions in order to get more accurate conversion reporting, and I got this reply "You can't actually delete any data from the SiteScout platform, to ensure that all of the data in our platform is accurate."
