Major Problems with Google Adwords since March 30th policy change (3)

Major Problems with Google Adwords since March 30th policy change

Since March 30th policy update, we are having major problems with banner approvals, and I know we're not alone.

This is what happens - we make a banner, which adheres to their policy, upload it - get it approved. Then we make new campaigns with this banner, and it gets rejected for Inappropriate Image Content. We then resubmit that banner and it gets approved. Then a day later we make a new campaign, and again it gets rejected. All is inconsistent.

We turned to our reps inside google, they helped, they designed banners with the help of policy team - had them approved.
We then took these banners, made 10 new campaigns, in 10 different geos, and in all their banners were rejected/disapproved saying Inappropriate image content.

The new rule changes since March 30th are:
-Can't look remotely like a system message
-Can't use ANY call to actions
-Can't tell a user what to do
-Must contain logo of the brand (must be branded)

Our banners that we had rejected were are all BRANDED, had NO call to actions, no trick to click - nothing. 100% compliant. But they still get rejected as inappropriate image content.

This is bad because
-You make a banner, try and scale, you get it disapproved.
-Accounts get limited due to banner rejections, rejections which are caused by their faulty approval process
-Google employees themselves don't understand their own policies

Google employee sent us an email saying she's really clueless what is wrong, and that she's very confused. How comforting.

Google is unprofessional, doesn't understand their own policies and triggers account limitations/suspensions because they reject banners which adhere to their policies.

Anyone out there, have any ideas how to fix this?

I have no idea to fix this and haven't noticed much myself but I did want to see what you were talking about.

I re-uploaded a banner from a running campaign, of which I already know, is not compliant at all.
It got approved but with a limited status this time because hot chick. I love hot chicks.. all the guys I know love hot chicks.. hot chicks work in every ad in every vertical but ok.. ad networks often think otherwise due to pressure of gays and feminist terrorists maybe.

Anyway, the ad contains a strong call to action as well.

Status: approved (limited)

Will re-upload the same ad again now.. just because I don't like the limited status
