AMEX on FB
does anyone use amex on FB spend? I noticed that some accounts take amex while others do not.

It's currency based. USD def takes amex and I believe GBP doesn't.

You can use it, although you'll usually have to prove it's yours after a certain amount (like pretty much anything else).

I think its country dependent. I am not able to use amex in Turkey on Facebook with USD currency.

I had issues with AMEX in NZ because the merchant processing here wouldn't deal with 4-digit CSCs for AMEX. Was weird and took a while to figure out but that's why I switched to a VISA (AMEX had better airpoints in comparison).

But, amex worked on facebook ads for you?

No, it was specifically on FB that I couldn't use my AMEX - because the CSC was 4 digits and it refused to add as a funding source. Took me days of back and fourth between FB and my bank, escalation to a higher bank team blah blah etc. to actually find out what the issue was.
