Conversion AGE INFO to Postback?

How can i pass converted age info from Network to my Tracking tool? I am not talking about passing age to url as subid, i want network to send me converted age info.

Thanks!

Check if your network has that parameter in postback. I haven't seen any network sending age details. But you can ask your account manager from the network.

It depends if the advertiser is configured to send that info back to network.

If they do you can easily do that since you can just paste the variable to your url.

However in reality I don't know of any advertisers that do that.

So, i won't find this option in Cake/Hasoffer/Hitpath?

You would have to send it to the network as a parameter for them to send it back. Otherwise they would have no idea what their age is anyways.

Facebook does because they have collected that information already, most offers do not ask for a birth date.

You need to split up your campaigns on Facebook by age groups if you want that kind of information. It's pretty simple and worth the time.

It's not a missing feature of HitPath / Cake etc. They offer tokens to pass it, just that most advertisers don't give that info to the affiliate network generally.

Yes it will all come down to the advertiser:

1) Having an age/birth date value in some sign up form and
2) Passing that value back to the affiliate network (and then you) when a conversion happens.

I have never heard of anyone doing this. If you're working with a traffic source that offers age targeting you can pass this in the URL and get insights yourself...

If you don't have age targeting, you could ask the advertiser for some feedback but what's the point then if you can't optimise your campaign towards higher converting ages?
