The Day 1 is not good at all. I first launched 2 campaigns : Wifi+Site and Wifi+App
Wifi+Site has been stopped already. My data so far for the 1st day were

Clicks: 9 (0.08%)
Conversions: 0
CPC: $0.74
Wifi+APP Still running but need optimization
Bids: 73,734
Wins: 15,036 (20%)
Clicks: 69 (0.46%)

I know that my CTR is too low and my CPC too high but I don't really know how to optimize since I have no conversion at all.
Hmmm does your AM know you are running on decisive?
I'm willing to bet he doesn't know of anyone running volume to a real estate app on decisive. It sounds like an offer more fitted for search.
The payout is too low to compete with other US offers on the broad market.
I would stop the campaign right there, and ask your AM for an offer that is more suitable, more broad appealing.
