I don't run any active adwords accounts, and of course this has not been verified at this time so take from it what you will, but I thought this would be an interesting read for those of you who do.

Probably some guy who got his account banned because he didnt read the TOS.
i am sure it is real. My personal thoughts and experience were even very close to that information

I feel like the person who wrote this is just upset that they got banned, but I don't doubt that this is how it is. I've had 4 accounts banned from adsense. All worked for months making anywhere from $100-900 but the month I crossed the $1000 mark is when they got banned. All were banned days before payout, with some generic reason that you can't dispute.

I was banned in 2012 as well... (they owe me $95,000 for 2 1/2months publisher earnings)... I was making $15,000 to $30,000 per month from them from 2009-2012... until they banned me...
was also making ($3000-$8000 from 2006-2008)... and yes my adsense account was very old... since 2005...
after my very first ban... I tried other networks and nothing seems to be close to adsense...
so I went greyhat and created 8-10 adsense account... my sites are still and was always whitehat... nothing fancy or any stupidity related to my sites...
I just wanted to earn from adsense because they pay a lot more from other ad networks... but they always ban...
and yes they always ban accounts when you are almost close to getting paid.. with no valid reason at all...
they just tell you in the letter... "your earnings are going to be sent back to our advertisers"
as if they really send the earnings back to the advertisers...
It could be real. These companies like Paypal/Google/ ban and take innocent user's money in lieu of frauds. In most cases user's won't go legal route to fight them.
I have no doubt that this is true. Reading through his statement it clarifies what a lot of Adsense experts speculated about for years.
I honestly hope that the FTC will investigate this. If there's any truth to it, Google could be in the biggest trouble of their lives.
Its about time that all their mischievous business dealings come to light
I know someone who is currently in a law suit with adsense for 700k that he did not get paid out to him......
This Just made me hate them even more i believe this is 100% true im getting screwed over by google on a good mill a year click fraud on adwords is also a big deal i must of spoke to at least 10 employees and no one cares i get the same usual bull from them every time i call.
this is one, and then there's google stealing big clients from agencies and having them go direct...
oh the evil things you can do when you are on top of the world... are endless 
...its...just....businesss... --or--- for ä better user experience

They banned me 2 days before payout. It was my first 5-figure money in IM (well it had been going on for a few months). Unfortunately, the ban was deserved and every penny was earned illegitimately. But still, the timing was suspicious lol.
Good thing I only make $30 a month with adsense
