Yep, got the email yesterday.
Anyone tested it yet, don't feel ready yet to upgrade without some feedback first.

The interface looks better, added some mobile detection stuff and outbound link for landers instead of making your own file.
However, I expected to add server side tracking option for better support on the mobile side, but instead Nana made the JS code for landers async....don't know how much this helps.

Always download from here: http://prosper.tracking202.com/apps/download/latest the zip you linked to is already outdated.
Here's everything that's new http://prosper.tracking202.com/blog/...prosper202-183 its kind of a long list
There's quite a lot of stuff on the roadmap, but I wanted to get this in the hands of people.
The new wordpress style 1-click upgrade functionality ensures that we can push new versions out on a more frequent basis.

it says that minimum requirement is php5.5 and mysql5.5.
Is it really true? Many other scripts DONT support php 5.5 s many people just can't upgrade their servers to php5.5

Those new features look really nice. I miss the real time stats window from P202 and the custom sound for conversions "Like a Bosss" haha.
I will try some camps and see how fast and reliable it is for mobile now.

I'd love to know how this compares to the STM version of Prosper...
My biggst problem with Prosper is still how it handles large amount of traffic. Having to dump your database every day or two is a real pain BUT still have lots of love for the old favorite

It's actually php 5.3 and mysql 5.1. I will correct this on the page soon

Off the shelf p202 1.8.3 handles traffic much better now, we have a version similar to the one that's hosted, that makes reporting very fast even with large datasets (hundreds of millions of clicks)
Not free of course, but something we can custom integrate, install and manage for people who need it.

Tested it out over the last week: very fast, have only touched 300,000 users on this install so can't say anything about the handling of large databases yet... my complaint is that half of the clicks sent to my network are not passing subid. It's about 40% actually... so many conversions need to be reconciled manually via script/Excel, and Prosper then won't report on it accurately.
I am not sure why this is... clicks are registering and being assigned a subid, but they don't show as having clicked through, and the CPA network does not show subid. I have to look at the IP address that converted, find it in Prosper and check subid and add that as a conversion in "Update" tab.
I will be implementing the STM Mobile tracker (JS-less technology) to get around this. Shame because the new Prosper is so fast and pleasing to the eyes!

I'm assuming you are using landing pages? We've had some reports of IE not passing the subid. Please let me know if it's IE users for you too.
We have a fix and will push it out on the 1.8.4 release.
The plan is to update weekly, however this week we are adding a huge update to the Smart Rotator,it was completely rewritten so we didn't do an update. additionally we are adding a few other features people have been asking for.

In order to have fast reports they must be precomputed and saved. Everyone that does analytics on large data sets does it this way, I think that's the case with
Voluum too, but they will have to confirm. I did this for the hosted Tracking202.com service. It uses an almost exact codebase to P202 so it's something that we can post over to P202 on a case by case basis.
It complicates the installation process a bit since you now have to deal with workers and jobs that do the calculations. So it's not something for the masses (yet). But it works VERY well.
So imagine you have 1 million clicks an hour and at the end of the day you want to view your hourly stats. With the non computed way the database would have to sum up 24 million rows, with the precomputed way it would only have to do about 24 rows at the minimum. In reality it's usually more than this, but you get the point.

Stats:
83% Internet Explorer
15% Safari Mobile (iPad)
2% Firefox (on Windows 8.1 only, not sure if this helps)
These are the ones where clickthroughs weren't tracked.

Something else looks to be broken (unless I installed it wrong somehow):
It's now 9:00am in Sydney (also the timezone in Prosper).
I view stats for TODAY (05/15/14 - 0:00 - 05/15/14 - 23:59) and see 6,341 clicks.
I change the Start Date to 05/15/14 - 7:00 (so it shows me the last 2 hours of stats) and click Set Preferences.
The click count remains 6,341.
I can't view any stats except using the settings in the drop-down menu... even if I set the dates manually to (05/14/14 - 0:00 - 05/14/14 - 23:59) [yesterday's date] it won't change whatever the click count is already set to. I have to choose "Yesterday" from drop-down... so we can't check on a granular level anymore...
Can you test this please? Is this only an issue on my end? Really need this to work.

Hi I wasn't able to replicate this error. What page/report does this happen on? Also if you or anyone on the new P202 needs support use the built in system (Blue box with the question mark on bottom right of the page) I don't always see stuff on here right away.
Thanks
