Cake and Javascript Pixel Problem

Cake supports javascript pixel. It never worked for me though postback and image pixel always work fine. Can anyone back this up?

Works fine for me, although the javascript pixels I place tend to have noscript options. Is this the FB pixel? I have observed some offer dependent fluctuation with that - some offers just won't fire it, others work fine.

May be advertiser is not allowing JS Pixel on this particular offer. Postback works fine. I will try Image Pixel.
