Dr. Oz is getting paid by the boatload to push unproven shit onto his gullible audience. He is the scam artist.

I set it to record should be an interesting show. I doubt it will have any real world impact on how affiliates abuse his brand.

Well it turns out Private Label http://www.privatelabelnutra.com/ totally shit the bed. They have been sending Miracle Garcinia Cambogia shipments of 10% HCA product. Dr OZ dropped the fucking hammer on them.
This is not a game changer and I bet we will see landers next week referencing the episode and not to fall for "scammy brands" and they should buy their brand.

I'd be surprised if those guys were in legal hot water over this - with all that's happened in recent years I'd expect they have legal counsel to keep everything compliant in terms of FTC guidelines, IP, trademarks, etc.
Private Label Nutra is in more trouble than Miracle Garcinia I would think. I laughed because he picked a pretty tame company to go after I think the huge HCA discrepancy and how much visibility Miracle Garcinia had did them in.
PS: We are going to start testing every batch of Garcinia we have manufactured.
