Maybe STM got some members interested

Looking for 150k+ to scale an extremely extensive SEO infrastructure to tackle lucrative keywords for a single domain.

Asset info:
I offer Equity in the domain itself - the domain name is easily valued at $500k+ USD. Once I tell you the name, you might poop yourself I receive offers monthly in the 200-300k range but obviously turn them all down. I think you will see the huge potential if I reveal the name to you.

Offer:
150k USD for 15% stake in Domain Name + revenue share from building out the domain.


Risk:
I think its tiny but its up to the person.
Worst case - you own 15% of the domain name
Best case - you make fuckton from monthly affiliate revenue + own 15%.
or
Domain sells for tons of $$$, you make a nice profit.
