Facebook accounts TLD Hacked @bmw.com Accounts?

I am touch with a group. These guys are providing Facebook business accounts with

@bmw.com

My question is. As far as i know, Facebook dropped the 'Business account' option from signup. Now, only way to acquire such account is through Facebook Rep/Sales called 'Facebook Business Ad account' which looks similar to 'Business account' or are they same?

But, how these guys are able to get verified emails with Business accounts ? What's the utility of these accounts? Can these be used to create mass ad accounts?

I asked my last question from these guys:
They told me, they made some ad accounts in past. But their VCC's got banned after 130 ad accounts. So i am totally confused.
