Some Teespring conversions not showing up in FB Ads Manager

Hi All,

I launched my first Teespring campaign last night.
According to the Teespring campaign page I made 3 sales overnight, but only 1 is showing up in Facebook, its not a huge deal now, but when I ramp up the volume its gonna make optimizing difficult.

Has anybody else experienced this? The lack of tracking options is a bummer, but it sounds like Teespring is working on it...

Thanks,

BJ

Your analytics at tspring will show you any variable you add to your url.. so you'll at least know which ad made the sale.

Facebook's firing pixel well.... sucks. It really has a mind of its own. Sometimes it'll fire, sometimes it won't. Hopefully they'll improve on this.

Facebook pixel will only work when sales come through Facebook's ad link.

Many times, you post is shared. And visitors go to your link directly. So, FB won't fire pixel in that case.

Yea that's one of the reasons, but it also just sucks I've found. I've tested it with non-teespring stuff to and just found it to fail in some cases.

Better than nothing, but hopefully it gets better.

Do, you have suggestion to make it better? Just, curious.

It also runs into confusion if people click multiple ads then convert... have had days where the conversions mismatch vs tracking, i.e. total is right by distribution between ads is wrong.

Hi bjmaks,

Facebook only counts transactions. It doesn't tell you the quantity of t-shirts ordered. For example, if someone orders 3 t-shirts, it will only show up as one conversion on Facebook.

That makes sense. But I presume Teespring dynamically adjusts the conversion value so your revenue should still match up?

Just had a new campaign with 1 conversion - 2 shirts purchased, and only one conversion registered with FB. :/ so it looks like you are correct houssem
have another camp with 8 shirts purchased and no conversions registered. I understand most of the reasoning now... but it still sucks TS needs to up their game with tracking.

Thanks for the input guys
