Voluum and Decisive Not Picking Up Conversions...Help Please (5)

I've looked through all the tutorials and forum threads and for the life of me I can't figure out why Voluum & Decisive are not picking up my conversions. Would you mind looking through my set-up and telling me what I'm doing wrong here?

Not an expert but try seperating the {clickid} & {campaign.id} tokens into their own subid fields.

So in the case of cake: trackinglink.com/?whatever&s2={clickid}&s3={campaign.id}

hey there, just a quick question. why is the tracking url not http://kzryz.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid={REPLACE}&payout={OPTIONAL} as stated in the Setup section of Voluum?

The subdomain, in this case "kzryz" is unique for every user.
