I have been on the publisher side in this industry for almost 8years now... and I wanted to have little taste of the dark side and get a taste of the dark side force... just for a little bit...
anyway...
here's what I wanted...
I basically only need a legit/valid name and phone number of a person that will be interested in carrier opportunity in financial field.
now... I can easily create a wordpress site with all the design and plugins that can do this work... and then promote this site myself via adwords/bing/facebook...
but for this to go further reach... i will probably need a lot of help from experienced affiliates to promote the site or help me grab more legit/valid names/phone numbers...
my issue is with dealing with affiliates...
how do I track/check/get affiliates to promote this? and also to verify the legitimacy of the names/phones of the lead...
P.S.
I also need the names/phones to be from a local area... (United States - "CITY" to be more specific)
I am open to any advice or opinion both negative and positive..

If you are just now starting your own I would talk to a few affiliate networks about having them carry your offer.
Direct relationship with affiliates is somewhat tricky. You will almost always have to pay out weekly with no net terms and you will not be saving that much on your per lead cost.
I have an offer that I run with a couple of affiliates but most of them are large volume guys who are just looking for an offer to dump traffic when they hit their caps at networks.
Go through a network first. Use Clickbank if you don't have your own payment gateway. If you do, you can go directly to CPA networks.
