I am interested in the fact they might announce their plans regarding a mobile ad network, which could become a huge player in the mobile space.

The Facebook Mobile network could be hugeee. Possibly the #2 network behind Admob.
Of course the issue is that it'll be under the same "system" as the rest of Facebook. You'll have talented mobile guys who won't be able to use this because they don't know, or want to deal with the typical FB accounts issues.

BIG $ DAYS coming for some people. This is a monster.. but yes you'll have to deal with the usual facebook hell.
By the looks of things they are going the same route as Twitter (and eventually Admob) it will be very hard/impossible for affiliates to run there.
If they allow CPI only then it discounts affiliate links.
I hope they don't. The one thing that counts in our favor is that there is likely more volume then they can sell to big agencies so initially I think they might open it up completely.
