You mean keyword targeted ads?

If yes, spy tools never managed to get ALL the ads, but what most affiliates are after are broad targeted ads which can get real volume.

Oh yes I see what you mean. No one can really steal your targeting on FB and that's one of the great things about it. The only difficulty IMO is passing subids that let you easily track on the backend, that aren't completely confusing for advertisers, but don't blatantly give away your targeting and angle.
