Hey guys,
Today I started a campaign promoting US Mobile Adult Dating, being new to mobile I want to ask some questions to gauge what room there is for improvement and how much it is going to take to reach success. The idea of running an offer until you get the bumps needed to be profitable is alien to me still 
1. What is a decent CTR for 300x250 mobile footer? (ignore chat ads)
2. What is a decent LP CTR for mobile?
3. My current offer payout is $1.60 - with quality traffic how much can this be bumped?
4. What CVR do hot offers tend to be around?
5. Where do you get decent traffic volumes for international geos? I tried to promote Denmark before the US - but couldn't find any significant volume on any self-serve networks.
6. What average CPMs can you get on flat-rate buys for US mobile traffic?
My curent stats are:
BANNER CTR: 0.2% on average (xHamster probably not the best starting place?)
LP CTR: 25-30%
OFFER CVR: 6.8%

Hey bro... I'm kind of in the same boat, getting started with adult. Looking forward to other people chipping in with their advice!
I'm totally noob at adult traffic, and am aware about the bump situation... my advice in this department is:
1) if you have previously run volume with your affiliate network, see if they can give you any sort of a pre-bump to incentivise traffic.
2) Ask what the best offers are in ONE geo (after spying yourself).
2) To minimise your losses, do one offer and one geo well, and stick to that until you make it work and get the bumps needed.
You might lose 2-3k, but it's better to master one geo. You'll lose a lot less this way. Don't do US, step out of your comfort zone!

30-40% once again depends on the payout, if its a $1.00 payout converting at 50% same as $2 payout at 25% there are many factors to an offer thats why you should split test them all

There is not a whole lot for these geos, you best bet is to just run all the major self serve slots on major tube sites only real way to get 'decent' volume for these Geos, you wont find the same as US/UK etc
6. What average CPMs can you get on flat-rate buys for US mobile traffic?
I don't run much US flat buys, but you can probably cut 20-30% of a margin going direct flat buys
