Tracking issue

I am promoting a product directly that has very poor tracking built in on their backend. I've given them my conversion pixel but their system only seems to catch and post back about 1 in 10 sales. They can't/won't store subIDs either. Also after they make a purchase they are redirected to the site they bought from rather than any link of mine.

Is there any creative solution for being able to track in this case? I have experience with Voluum and CPVLab but I'm not sure how I'd go about hacking a solution (or if it is even possible).

It's really up to them to make it work for you. If they can't are they stubborn or just technologically incompetent? Either way if they won't even bother with correct tracking are they really worth your time?

The easiest way would probably be them cookie'ing the Voluum ClickID when you send users and then having a S2S URL fire away to your system if a user converts and has the cookie set... all of this would have to be done on their end and would be pretty trivial for a coder to set up.

What about combining a S2S postback with an IMG pixel?
