Complex tracking scenario: Website, Autoresponder, YouTube Channel

What up guys.

I need a high end tracking and splittesting solution for this scenario:

- Facebook campaign sends a lot of traffic to landingpages, different ads and demos
- landingpages are splittested (optimizely)
- the landingpages contain youtube videos, quite a lot of users click through the videos to the youtube channel, become youtube followers or just become repeat visitors of the channel. There is a .6 correlation between ad spend and youtube channel growth
- the youtube videos link to a different landingpage
- the conversion goal of each landingpage is an email optin (SOI)
- after the optin, the user gets free content for 8 days with links to content pages in the emails (mail delivery by getresponse)
- autoresponder splittesting is done manually right now
- day 9 the user gets a sales mail and has the opportunity to buy the product
- As the cost to user is 500$ we like to collect a lot of additional data, engament, ctr to sales page etc during the email funnel

What's the best tracking solution for that? Important to me is that sales are tracked correctly even when the user spends a couple weeks on the youtube channel and comes back to the website later. I also don't like that right now, when a user clicks on an ad at work and converts into a lead and then reads his emails at home and converts into a sale, the facebook conversion tracking can't attribute the sale to the ad/demo that generated it. I hate loosing data this way, especially since the CPA is quite high.

Currently my setup is like this:
- Facebook Power Editor
- Facebook Conversion Pixels for Lead AND Sale (two conversion goals)
- Google Analytics (is integrated with analytics for youtube)
- Optimizely for Landingpage Splittests
- Getresponse for E-Mail Engagement and Autoresponder Splittests
- Wistia for Video Analytics
- Javascript Event sends to analytics when video is played on website

My Goal is to see how the users who convert to a sale are different from those who don't.
I would love some excel sheet where I can calculate correlations like "Users who visited page /xyz.html were 40% more likely to convert later" and actually have actionable data. My main focus is the autoresponder, improvements to the campaign (before opt-in) are welcome too of course, but I think the biggest problem is the autoresponer (lead->sale).

I already took a look as kissmetrics and cpvlab and will check out more tools soon.

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

What kind of expenditure are you running? I'm assuming its quite high considering the end sale price.

Try getting on a call with SalesForce - http://www.salesforcemarketingcloud....ia-publishing/ - they may have a good idea of how to integrate it all together and importantly track user movement across platforms.

Sorry to bump that. Does anybody know alternatives to salesforce when it comes to analytics for brands? (especially for brands with an active youtube channel)

Someone somewhere will offer this.

It sounds like what you need is a platform built for figuring out multi-channel attribution.

Kenshoo might offer something useful - http://www.kenshoo.com/products/kenshoo-smartpath/

However, that platform might focus more on ad buying within those channels cf. tracking social traffic that is funneled into them. Either way, you could get on a call with them and I'm sure they would have some useful suggestions if their platform can't accomplish what you're after.
