Mastermind group will dwarf any progress you can get done on your own. – Mr. Green

This group is inspired by Mr. Green’s recent mastermind thread. If you haven’t read it, I suggest you do so right here.

About me: I’ve been doing AM web for a couple of years now and have finally decided to make the jump into mobile. Being completely new to mobile, I’m looking for people who are just starting out as well. As a full time affiliate I work day and night in order to reach my goals and I expect the same amount of dedication from anyone who will be applying. Btw, my time zone is PST, so anyone between PST to EST time zones is preferable. I must also point out that this is my first time starting a Mastermind group, but I’ll give it my all.

#1 Goal
The goal of the group is to master Mobile, this includes trying out new traffic sources, niches, GEOs, offers, and everything in between. However, we need a place to start, so we will just start with one traffic source, one offer and move on from there.

#2 Members
There will be 5-8 members total; this will keep the group small and everyone feeling comfy.

#3 Longevity
This will be a long-term group, molded for years to come. We will be there when shit gets tough and help each other out as a team. So, if I spot any flakes, they will be thrown out immediately.

#4 Transparency and Integrity
You have to bring something to the table constantly, be it data, contacts, or ideas to test new variables. You have to think and apply yourself in order push the GROUP forward as a whole, not just yourself. When you join in, it’s not about you anymore; it’s about everyone inside the group. Sharing among ourselves is going to be our biggest strength. So, transparency is a must and if you are holding back, you will be kicked off. Remember, I believe in loyalty and integrity above all, so you have to be comfortable with being open and constantly contributing. If you aren’t, please save yourself some pain and don’t apply.

#5 Work ethic
“You have to be active 6 days a week on Skype chatting with the group, testing and running campaigns.” – Mr. Green (Hunger Games). As I mentioned earlier, I’m looking for dedicated full time affiliates here.

#6 Budget
Have at least $5000 to spend monthly, we’ll be running some serious shit here guys.

#7 Cutting the Fat
This is not a criterion, but rather a consequence of being a member of the group. Don’t think you are safe just because you are “in”. Every two weeks, we are going to hold a vote to eliminate any non-contributors or “leeches” from the group. More rules will be disclosed regarding the process after the group initiation.

STILL WANT TO JOIN?

Please note we need to make sure all affiliates are at a similar level to make this work. So REREAD if you must to ensure that you meet the criteria. If you do, post the following inquiry here or pm it to me.

1. Location
2. Time spent in AM
3. Mobile Campaigns created
4. In 1-2 sentences why you're a driven individual who would Thrive in a mastermind group & what do you have to offer (could be experience, maybe you work 18 hours a day, will investigate anything, expert in chinese traffic etc..)

Good Luck. Let’s kick some Mobile A$$!

Hi,

I have been wanting to join a proper mastermind group and you look like you mean business and I like it!

1. London, UK
2. 3 years in AM but a newb (not a total newb) at mobile
3. SMSCatcher (my most profitable campaign), PartnerTracker and Game App Installs
4. Without being too cocky, I think of myself as a very bright individual and I have the ability to grasp new concepts and ideas VERY quickly. I have very good coding and design skills (I attend Imperial College London to do Computer Science). One word to describe myself: perfectionist.

Looking forward to working with like minded individuals and let's make some money!

Note: I have exams next week, but after that I am free and ready to kick A$$!

Where is the inspirational photo of Mr. Green with a profound quote on it?! And possibly a rallying cry?

Group size: use the Rule of "no team bigger than number people that can share a pizza." 4-5 is ideal. Smaller lacks ideas, bigger & people hide / start 'side conversations.'

We are shooting for 6-8 members initially, but I'm sure we'll cut down the fat and be left with 3 to 5 in the long-run.
