I was trying to get into Facebook re targeting and gave Perfect Audience and Adroll a shot. It turns out both programs don't accept affiliates.
How do you guys handle your Facebook retargeting? Do you have any recommendations for me?
Or do you just run with the 2 mentioned above anyway...

Perfect Audience doesn't allow affiliates? Oh I see... no 'new' affiliates.
Surely you can just send users to a landing page and appear legitimate but w/e, they are largely irrelevant now as website custom audiences have been introduced. In short, can retarget people who have fired off Facebook pixels, so build retargeting lists through conversions.
I use perfect audience and with the recent FB algorithm changes I've found my impressions decreased significantly when retargeting the newsfeed. My lists are small so it indicates that I would need my lists to be in the thousands to make it more worthwhile.
I've had much better success using retargeting for the web. When your banners appear on sites like CNN, etc. I think it lends more credibility. I don't run affiliate offers so I'm not certain how easy or difficult it would be to use retargeting for the web as an affiliate. I'm just sharing some of my experiences with perfect audience and retargeting.
I use retargeting on the RHS mainly on FB and there it's great for branding or reminding people of something..
About Adroll and PerfectAudience - don't use either of them anymore. But why not just install a Google Tag Manager Container and Place your FB and Adwords Remarketing Pixel through those?
