Drastic Landing Page Effect.

As some of you guys might be knowing. That i am Real Estate mogul with tons of experience in Real Estate business and Facebook ads.

After brainstoring a bit. I came up with a lander to seduce user to signup to my offer:

I am still testing. I optimized other things. Now, i am building better flow. I expect this campaign to do 150%+. Not a amazing post, but i hope someone will benefit from it and understand the using a landing page to seduce user.

Update: I just changed 5 words in landing page. ROI pumped to 80.65% now.

Im sorry but this is just 2 leads, you cannot base anything on it, increase the traffic and if you can keep the same % at 50 leads per day, then you have something. This could be just 2 random leads which means nothing unfortunatelly.

Update: Pumped the budget. Yeah, i go slow in testing phase. Don't want to loose too much $$$$

Its a DOI offer, I added 'seduced user to confirm email' and it worked lol.

I am still running this. My demo is fa large. So, i can work on other campaign now.

Can you share what sort of traffic? mobile? regular desktop display?

Lose too much $$?

Did you know if you go big, you will also have bigger impact, which will result in bigger profit in the end?

For example, we are testing a utility app with the new google policies with a 10k test budget, now we're at -40% -- but we got so much data that we can work with, give it a few days and our -40% will be positive 10%, after that positive 30%, and we will not only wipe out our minus, we will have xxxx profit per day coming. All because we went big, got data fast, optimized it, and then collected the benefits.

Thanks man. I appreciate your views. But i am doing adult. We can't select different desktop models and hope some will convert better.

We have limitted choice. If, CTR on banner is shit. We can't scale, we loose. If CTR of LP is crap, we loose. I don't see any point in wasting $$$$ when i know why its not working.....

Targetting Desktop buddy. Tested some android traffic to my landing page but too much clickloss ( ROI is less than desktop, but not stable ). So, sticking to desktop for now.

I don't even have good tools to compete on mobile. I working on my toolbox.

Data wasn't significant when i test. I assumed by ROI would be ~20% less than initial ROI. But it proved to be utter bullshit. My ROI increased a lot after sending more traffic to landing page. I think its combined effect of people confirming emails later and much better flow.

What I like about what i read is that it shows that campaigns are being approached differently according to vertical, traffic source, personal knowledge etc.

To me, this is the nugget hidden inside this thread: know what you're doing and work to harvest.

Iamattila thats what i figured out lately after testing little bites each day getting frustrated because succes s takes too long

I now also want to throw a lot of money in testing QUICK
What would be a solid strategy to do so? Could you help me a little bit to make a game plan?

Will post stats soon. Campaigns is on autopilot. ATM, i don't know what to do now. It's making money but i have no clue on what to optimize further. Time to plateau for this campaign?
