Changing the offer URL

IS it possible to change the offer URL so that the user is diverted to a different part of the offer website from the default? For example, if I want the language to be Portuguese instead of English, or to a specific page on the site. Obv need to keep the affiliate identifier within the URL though?

No.

This can only be done through the affiliate network changing the destination, it cannot be brute forced by any means on your end.

I found that you can do this through a "Deep link" if one is provided by your advertiser.

You could certainly do it with querystrings, e.g. you pass subid5=destination1 and the affiliate network passes this to the offer URL, at which point the advertiser has their system redirect to the appropriate page for destination1, destination2, etc. The affiliate network could also pick up multiple landers (the easiest way) and you could redirect to them on your end.
