mobile stats analysis

my group of 5 banners have about 25k impressions, 86 clicks, 0 conversions, CTR 0.34%.
the highest ad banner has a 0.52% ctr. i'm direct linking an app install targeting a pretty broad group and plan to tweak my targeting once i get more numbers.

1) what's an acceptible CTR? i think for mobile it's like 1%?
2) what should my next step be? get more impressions? how much for it to be significant? or create new banners with total new angles? or same angles but different visuals?

i know it might be hard for a proper diagnosis but i hope i can get some general "default" advice.

thanks guys!

1) 1%-1.5%
2) Get more clicks. ( atleast 200 clicks )

I am taking blind shot at this. I need more info about traffic source and vertical. First aim for 200 clicks and see if your offer converts. Then analyze your data. See, what metric is performing below average. Improve on them.

Every improvement should ad 10-20% ROI to your campaign.

updates! my stats from two sources using 6 creatives read 82,284 impressions, 0.382% CTR, 315 clicks, $0.04533 CPC, 0 conversion.

i think i have enough stats to say that
1)creatives not converting
2) possibly offer not converting?
if offer is not converting, i move on to a new offer right? but it goes against conventional wisdom that a app by a global brand doenst convert.

hmmmm

315 clicks. - > offer is not converting. Change your offer.
Don't go by conventinal wisdom. There are lots more deciding factors. Offer might not be doing so well. Advertiser took it back. Not working at all. Whatever the reason may be.
