Analytics for website?

If i want to track visitors on my site and get similar information that google analytics provides will tools like prosper 202 or even Voluum provide that same information?

Define 'similar to what GA provides'... what information are you actually after?

GA is best for tracking visitor behaviour. I don't think you shoud use any other tool. GA is also one of the most popular javascript snippet. So it will imporve your website performance in general.

But tool like GA not very accurate due to javascript. So, we use tracking tool like imobitrax/prosper202.

Some drawbacks of GA:
1. Speed is less than severside redirects/subid/cookie based tracking.
2. Requires Javascript.
3. Direct linked campaign creation is tricky.
4. Need to share your precious data with Google.

Both have their own advantage. Consider your requirements first.

we use our own tracker, clicktale, GA, kiss metrics, game analytics, clicky.com

Just depends on what the purpose is.

Thanks guys! I was thinking more for visitor behavior. Like who is coming to the site, where do the go, how do they enter, where do they exit, what pages do they spend the most time on, are they going down the funnel I want them to, etc?

Google Analytics is probably the easiest path to take then.

Yep, Google Analytics is definitely what I'd recommend for complex visitor analysis like that.
