How do you deal with this kind of disapprovals? I mean.. the best CTR & CVR comes from these banners,
how do you scale to other traffic sources when they only approve dull & soporific creatives?

Have you ever been able to successfully scale a campaign to different mobile traffic sources using totally different creatives (due to approval issues) ?

Dude you gotta adapt or die! With traffic sources that are super strict I'd recommend starting with super compliant ads and then make more creative ones in the same bunch. People are lazy, reviewers are people. They want to get approvals done in the shortest amount of time. Don't give them an excuse to reject all your ads in one swipe. Mix them up a bit it will help a lot.
It's a big mistake to be attached to your previously profitable ads. When the approval barrier is high it's a great time to pioneer.
To answer your second question. Yes I usually am always forced to.
