I've got an MCC for our agency and 20 adwords accounts under it. When I setup new campaigns in sub-accounts, and launch them I get hardly any impressions (targeting broad RON, nothing excluded, no frequency cap, Tier1 country with HUGE volume in app ads on GDN)
CTR of banners is around 1-3.5%, bid is sky high $1 max CPC. And still NOTHING. I checked, re-checked ran analysis... everything is ok from our end.
I let the google guy know, but he says the accounts have to warm up. Its been 2 weeks since one sub account started a campaign and every single day same story, impressions are maximum 200k in 24 hours and no volume.
Anyone else with a similar MCC / multi account setup experience something like this before? What was the problem, how did you fix it?

you can check this by submitting a simple search ad and you will see status of account.
also dont make high jumps in cpc price that will send acc streight to review
