Am I just too stupid to setup new adcenter account or just missing something?

I've made new account, created campaigns etc. When I've tried to login again, its telling me "We don’t recognize this Microsoft account".
What would you like to do?
Sign in using a different Microsoft account
Sign in using your Bing Ads user name
Sign up for a new Bing Ads account

There's no different account because that's the one I've created. When I try to signup using Bing Ads user name, it doesn't allow me to use email as login. I've used reminder and it sends freaking email as login - WTF??? When I try to sign up for new account it tells me I can't:
"This Microsoft account is already being used by another Bing Ads customer. Click sign out and use a different Microsoft account.
The Bing Ads user name provided has already been linked to a Microsoft account. Type a different Bing Ads user name to link to your Microsoft account."

I thought maybe something if wrong because I've used gmail for it so I've made new account with fresh hotmail account. Everything went OK, created few campaigns and (yeah...) I've made a wire to fund the bloody thing. Today I want to sign in and I have the same stupid issue.

Any ideas?

They said they investigating and it can take few days. Is that some stupid new way of banning accounts?

It looks bing is becoming same dicks as adwords:

This happens to me also, but I found the way how to get out of this circle... It's very simple. When you type bingads.microsoft. com and it tells you that you should use Microsoft account to log in, simply type again bingads.microsoft. com and you'll be there.
