Traffic Source, Tracker, offer click discrepancy (4)

I'm seeing a 10% click loss between my traffic source and my tracker and a 25% additional loss between tracker and offer.

tracker is Voluum

is this normal?

Seems very high. 0-5% is a standard I'd be ok with. Also, depends on who's serving what and what is being counted as clicks. Different systems count clicks differently. As far as cleaning clicks for things like bots.

You won't see much click loss from Voluum, especially if running in a reasonably well connected country (i.e. net isn't crap). The 10% loss from the traffic source is likely the traffic source, i.e. overcharging or users accidentally clicking > bailing immediately. I presume the traffic source # clicks is how many the charged for - some sources may show dupes but not charge for them e.g. if in quick sucession.

The 25% loss to offer is more concerning... what affiliate network platform is being used? Cake? How many clicks are there when dupes are included?

Traffic is all US.

It's not cake or has offers. In the network's platform it shows both # of clicks and unique. They are practically the same number. But between the tracker and the platform there is the mentioned difference (like 400 clicks vs 300).
