Highly Targeted Ads vs Broad Audience Ads - ROI?

Hi,

I was just wondering what has your experience been between running highly targeted ads to a smaller group vs. a broader audience? Did you have a higher ROI from the more targeted ads?

Thank you!

Generally highly targeted ads convert way better ( higher ROI ) but also the volume will be lower.

You need to decide which one of these you want.

At the end of they day, if you aren't spending floating more money than you can afford, just check which makes the most NET profit and go with that.

Agreed. It really depends on where you are as an affiliate. If you a n3wb, go highly targeted and try to make a few bucks. You can usually scale those campaigns though. From what I've seen, the 1337s though tend to try and go after the bigger more scalable niches, traffic sources, etc.

Its like Oreo cookies. Once you get your first one, your happy. But soon it isnt enough. Waiting for that next Oreo cookie consumes you. You want more. MORE COOKIES. And before you know it, you need 5 boxes cookies to get through the day.
