I start adult dating with US. is a suicide campaign.
I had run mobile US campaign using traffic junky. Offer PPL is from $2-$2.4.
Average CPC for banners is $.13 ro $.16
The image is the stat for banners i am running. CTR for the banners on average .2-.26%
Overall campaign non profitable.

Need advice which of the banners need to optimize, and which one to cut.?
How to optimize a campaign like this? change new banners with same theme but different image? or how?
Campaign like this have posible change turn to profitable?
Do you think is better to switch or Web campaign since have higher payout?

There is a lot you can do.
Your top 5 volume banners all have similar EPCs due to having similar LP CTR and offer CVR.
So, ideally you would test more banners, more landing pages, and the offer from other networks or a similar offer.
To get the campaign profitable all you really need is to lower CPC a little and raise EPC a little through testing and optimising of all the contributing factors.
Also, kill off all the banners that are giving you those low EPCs.

Have you distributed impressions evenly across all of these banners?
If so, you have a clear winner: banner 18.
Given the confusion, I'm guessing the distribution is uneven. In which case I would cull anything with an EPC below $0.08.
The CVR and landing page CTR are both stable, which suggests limited potential for this particular campaign without an offer that performs much better, or a placement that holds the same performance with cheaper clicks.
Your best banners are still 30-50% off where they need to be to break even.
(That's assuming impression distribution is uneven, otherwise you could just cull everything except banner 18 and laugh your way to the bank.)
My instinct says if you don't have at least one banner scraping the break even threshold -- with a good variety of creatives, good LP, and a good offer -- you're not going to be able to optimise in to profit. But you can certainly use the data, metrics and performing creatives to move sideways in to:
a) a different placement (if this is PH, try YP. Or vice versa)
b) a different country (try CA/ZA/UK/AU)
Another option is to send your mobile traffic to a web offer.
You'd be surprised how often that does the trick.
The banner are not distribute evenly. some had paused due to high cpc.
now had follow some advice from zeno for split test & banner had raise epc to $0.11 to $0.13.

I had run some test on CA/UK same spot & US - 300X100.
CA - banner ctr similiar to US
UK - better banner CTR - but why landing page CTR can reduce to CTR 6% to 15% only.? Saturared?
US 300X100 - same lander CTR with UK. very bad.
Same data, same angles can be use in non English market? because saw lot of advice here is not target US.

You can certainly port angles/banners over to other countries but obviously after translation. How well they will do is something to find out through testing. If I was you I would get out of the US/UK/CA and look for less competitive geos. You are going to get eaten alive in the former due to immense competition.
If you are not breaking even ( or around 20-25% ) on even 1 banner. Then you won't be able to make any significant profit from this campaign.
Take your campaign to different traffic source or diff country or better placement.
Its highly unlikely that this campaign can milk out any profit just by split testing some banners.
I always had bad experience with them. There is not much volume and traffic quality is lower than other sources.
