FB Ads - US Diet Offers

I'm just wondering if anybody on this forum is still making money slinging US diet offers?

Throughout the past month of March, my ROI has been pretty much crap. I barely made anything, if at all.

My cpc has been pretty consistent (in the 0.25-0.3 cpc range) but most days I was just breaking even or making an extra $50-100 if that. Most days much less.

I promote NF desktop if anybody is asking...

So yeah...I'm assuming that many of you facebook gurus also promote diet...how are you guys personally doing?

no imps, costs doub/tripled and traffic isn't converting like it was weeks ago. that being said its hard to get any clicks at all.

is this cps or trial?

*These are trial offers.

I probably should have noted that. Many others who I've talked to are experiencing the same problem. Not too sure what's up.

costs are just higher and everyone is using almost the same landers and images. im not even joking its literally the same 2-3 landing pages. I have more issues with fb and impression delivery than anything else.
But I agree with you ROI is def down across the board.

Curious... this was 5 months ago, and I haven't seen much posted since. Are you still seeing the same poor results, or has FB diet become worthwhile again?

Running diet trials is a sure way to get your account banned FAST, especially these past few weeks since FB has been cleaning house.

Thanks for the response. Actually, I was referring to those running diet on FB who don't have an issue with accounts being banned. But it sounds like the last few weeks have been hard.

From what I've been told, the guys still doing diet with advertorials on FB are churning accounts every 1-2 days now. A few weeks ago I had an ad up for about a day (on mobile FB) and got not only that account banned, but they linked it to another account that was running another niche and closed that one too. (Could have been a coincidence, but the non-diet account had been running the same ad since Nov. without any issues.)

I too was banned this week after a period of over 6 months running offers to a health magazine news site that had a lot of diet trials skewed across the site, but not on the homepage or where i was sending the traffic.

Sucks cos my ROI was steady and I was attempting to duplicate the success into the finance niche. Scared to put in the work now if FB is just gonna drop the banhammer everytime they see an affiliate link connected to your lander.

FB is crazy. Got one of accounts banned (but pretty new) just for trying to run "wrong" creative.

Google (Adwords) is on a witch-hunt as well regarding herbal/diet products since their "policy update" rolled out on 1 Sept. Banning accounts left and right. Seems the FDA is tightening their grip...
