Ever since their Policy update on March 30th, I've been having problems getting any type of volume going.... anyone else having similar issues?
This is what happens
Geo1: Max bid 0.30 CPC, it maxes out at 11 cents, and I get like 100 clicks in 5 hours!? WTF. Banner ctr averages are 0.9-1.1%
Geo2: Max bid $1, it maxes out at 16 cents, and I get like 60 clicks in 5 hours, WTF - banner ctr again around 1%
Geo3: Same story as above, sky high max bid, and no volume.
Q2 on April the 1st.. big brand/agency budgets replenished. Possibly.
