What do I need on my landing page to be completely TCPA compliant along with the Can-SPAM compliance?

Not sure, but CAN-SPAM for instance is some pretty serious business - the last thing you want to do is get on the wrong side of that legislature...
My advice: just go straight to an appropriate lawyer and get some advice and have them vet an example creative.
