Problem with dating promotion (7)
I'm sure you all know how this feels and had this happen to you many times in the past ... I'm stuck in a spot and can't move on, no matter what I try.
Im pretty new to this game, but recently started doing really good, I started to pull in $300-$400 profit days and started to feel like I finally crushed it and nothing can stop me now ... oh well, it did 
Since about 2 weeks ago, I am back at the breakeven level, sometimes loosing, sometimes making a few bucks, still keeping pretty decent volume and generating between $300-$500 in leads but without profit. But no matter what I do, I cannot start profiting again.
I tested maybe 150 new banners with all kinds of angles, without hitting anything special, I tested various offers, various networks, various GEOs ... sometimes I make a profit (had it jump to $200 2 or 3 times) but Im simply not able to get back on track and generate some nice and steady profits again.
There is one last thing that I see as a potential flaw, Im using variations of 2 LPs only, both are based on the rules but customized with different imagery to suit the offer as well as different headlines and I use them in 2 different color schemes. I've been running these same landers for a bit under 2 months. The problem here is that they still pull very good CTR, over 50% in some spots and GEOs so I have a problem to believe the problem could really be the LPs.
Or is my assumption wrong? Did I run the LP style long enough for it to be seen by enough people thus lowering the conversions a bit and putting me out of profit? I clicked maybe 200-300 dating banners today, spent 2 hours surfing pornsites and all I saw was the same LPs again and again, same old recycled crap that has been running when I started couple months ago, needless to say there are still the same banners running too. The fact that I see the same LPs again and again made me believe that its really hard for an LP to burn out and I thought I dont really have to pay much attention to it once I have an optimized LP that shows good results - am I wrong?
BTW : I run on pretty much all the major ad networks - trafficjunky, exoclick, trafficfactory, eroadvertising ... and Im having problems across the board, of course some show better results, but that has always been the case. I run my own banners only, nothing ripped. The geos I run in are USA, NL, BE, UK, DE ... had profitable campaigns running in all, even in USA which is considered pretty much the most complicated GEO, I was pulling 50% ROI in it too for a few weeks straight.
Im really lost here, any input would be really appreciated.

Overall CTR has remained the same, click costs have gone up (more competition?)
Overall CTR has dropped, click costs have gone up (work on your banners, rotate more aggressively)
LP CTR has gone down
Offer CVR has gone down
Which is it?
Can you get a higher payout for your offers?
I lost a bit on all fronts actually, LP ctr has gone down a bit but its still pretty strong, overall CVR has gone down a bit but its not a tragedy either, its one bit here one bit there and it adds up.
I have good payouts on the offers I use, some are bumped already, the problem shouldnt be there, a small bump wouldnt solve it anyways.
That's really tough, man. Sympathy.
Given that the LPs are the only thing you haven't tested widely since your profits went down, I'd strongly recommend trying some different landers. You will lose money doing that, but it sounds like you're currently in a local maximum, and you need to break out of it.
I'd recommend a couple of small tests with wildly different landers - looking for big wins, so you shouldn't need a huge budget to detect improvements there. At the same time, I'd probably also recommend testing a lot of smaller tests on your current landers - colors, images, specific rules text, etc.
Have you installed tracking for your Javascript on your rules landers? That can be very revealing - see if you're losing clicks at any point in particular. I'd also recommend randomising the order of the rules and tracking to see if that has any effect.

From what I've read all I can think is bid prices. Did bids increase recently?
Also trying to get offers direct can give you a nice boost.
Caurmen - Im devoting the whole next week to testing stuff on the LP's, if I cant get back to profit zone, I quit with dating. I almost feel like it stopped working all together, but I doubt its the case. I will try to run as much tests as possible, I have all the spots/zones setup so getting traffic is as easy as resuming the campaign, so that should go fast. I also dont mind loosing some cash to get results, so we will see how it goes.
bbrock - bids went up on some spots, on some they did not, I can still get traffic using the same bids I had set before tho, so the problem probably isnt here. How much higher payout can I get when going direct actually? Cause some 10% wont save my ass to be honest, I need to up the profits by about 30% for it to make sense so I doubt going direct would solve it, thou I admit it could help a notch.
BTW : is there anyone pushing major volume in adult dating on board? Would love to hear how you do for the last few weeks.
I think problem is in bids... Check your positions and raise bids to be #1 position. You will get fresh traffic and that can help... You should see higher CTR on banners a and also on LP.
