Hey guys
I am interested in dabbling into FB traffic as well. I know that Facebook hates all kind of dating offers, but what are some other niches they dislike and that you can only run if you cloaked?
I'm thinking of doing "non controversial" markets that Facebook won't hate, but I don't know what they are. Any pointers?
For example, I know they won't like weight loss and dating, but what about levelling guides or pregnancy guides?
Let me know and I'll make a big list here so everyone can use it as a reference.
Here's the list, thanks to baaron, jason a, Zeno's post here, Caurmen:
FB Hates:
1. Co-reg / email submit offers.
2. Toolbars
3. Dating
4. Direct linking to the offer.
5. Things that don't check-out on MyWot.com
6. Skin
7. Muscle
8. Dieting
9. Multi-level marketing, get rich quick and bizopps. Some such offers do get through - guru products on CB and so on. It’s not a great place to start.
10. Drugs/tobacco/pharmaceuticals.
11. Rebills and products that use negative response marketing, suck people into subscriptions and so on.
12. Toolbars and software downloads.
13. PIN submit offers, email submits, crap that starts billing people and has a lengthy disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
14. Gambling/lottery/bingo offers, penny auctions.
FB Likes:
1. Game offers
2. Fanpages
3. Your own mobile apps.
4. Pay-per-sale offers
5. Daily deals
6. Shopping/retail offers
7. ebooks
8. Mobile apps
9. Gaming
10. Unique lead gens - lead generation for businesses/products that aren't typical or fall into no particular vertical... For example: Glasses and contact lenses. Laser eye surgery. Spray tanning packages. Pet Insurance.
11. Insurance
12. Artistic things. In particular, online movies do pretty well.

Can someone else chime-in?
Also, thank you to all the contributors who helped out. I aim to make a "master list" as a reference so anyone who's starting off on FB can steer clear of the mind fields.
If you found this post to be helpful, please give me a Thanks! =]
Interested in this as well. I've run quite a bit of traffic on FB for my own offers but I'm about to start branching out offer-wise. Really don't want my ads account banned.
Here is the beginning of the list:

Facebook hates .... diet, skin, muscle
Facebook like: Whatever it likes till it decides to ban you for it.
Facebook hates: everything but branding campaigns
WalterMitty likes: "lose 21lbs in 3 weeks"
"The banned steroid alternative they dont want you to know about"
"Ellen dropped by covergirl?"
Not of terribly much use for affiliate stuff, but in my experience FB likes you to promote artistic things. In particular, online movies do pretty well and don't attract the banhammer in my experience.
As I recall, it hates obvious listbuilding efforts too. I've not fallen foul of this one myself but I've heard other people mention it.
What is meant exactly by "unique lead gen" offers? Wouldn't one of these fall under the category of email submit or list building?
Can anyone provide some insight or personal experience?
Unique lead gen = lead generation for businesses/products that aren't typical or fall into no particular vertical...
Example: Glasses and contact lenses.
Laser eye surgery.
Spray tanning packages.
Pet Insurance.
Basically just lead generation for legitimate products and services.
