I am having a huge discrepancy in the numbers of Ads shown in TJ and No of Clicks shown in CPVLab and the one shown in My affilatenetwork.
I removed meta redirect to see if there will be a difference in loss but still same.
My offer is a mobile offer in Australia and servers are in the US.
No of clicks in TJ: 452
No of Clicks in CPVLab: 354
No of Clicks in Aff Network: 266 (This no includes double clicks)
I am currently losing a lot of clicks here. From Banner to Affiliate Network I am losing 42% of all traffic.
I need help on what to do pls. How can I reduce this clickloss?
Thanks.
Firstly for mobile you are really shooting yourself in the foot if your tracking system is 10,000 miles away.
What affiliate network is it - what is their tracking like? Besides your slow tracking, you then have a hop to an affiliate network, several other hops and an offer, all of which may be slower than ideal - it all adds up. Imagine if it took 1 s for each of these.... 5 s of wait time for a mobile user... they get bored, quit / go somewhere else because all they are seeing is a white page.
The affiliate network is clickdealer. What do you recommend I do?
One other thing - are all the clicks from the right country according to CPVlab?
You're first step would be rolling out a server in Australia if possible... How are you hosting the landing page?
You could use
Amazon and Rackspace have Sydney as selectable regions I believe, there are also many other VPS providers that do Australia. Ideally they would bill hourly so you can roll out a test and see if it makes a difference!
If it makes you feel any better, I use a different traffic source, different tracker, different aff network, even an offer in a closer location and I have similar clickloss. Yup, if that's your unique clicks on your aff network then it sounds about what I'm getting. To be fair though, you should use your non-unique clicks # from your aff network since I think your TJ and Cpvlab #'s are not necessarily unique clicks.
But yeah I think it's been posted here a few times that mobile traffic is just more prone to clickloss than desktop traffic.
Thanks. I will try

Note: Didn't check out the clickloss on US earlier. Will post an update tomorrow.
