Question about offers that accept traffic from many countries
This may be a dumb question, but with regard to offers that accept traffic from a lot of countries, speaking a lot of different languages – can I assume that the offer page will detect their location via IP address and give the offer in their language? For example, If I want to run an offer in Norway, I go check out the offer page on my computer in the US, and its in English, should I assume that people living in norway will see it in Norwegian? If not, then it doesn't make sense to me how any of these offers would ever convert internationally, just want to make sure before I dump money on a campaign. I'm having trouble finding an appropriate proxy to test it myself... Figured someone here would know! 
That's not always the case, sometimes an offer is presented in English even if accepts traffic from many different countries where English is not the official language. Better ask to your AM if this is the case
