Not ran anything from them for about 8 month, so account is low volume and now have a generic support email contact.

I recently applied to a couple of campaigns and have been pending for a week.. and I emailed the new support about a broken link. Didnt hear back.. so I emailed my old AM but not heard back from her either.

Am I on the naughty list? Lol
