I am not entirely sure where to post this, but I am looking for a program or service.
Essentially, I am doing direct link mobile advertising on a global scale and would like to be able to test the given links/landing pages from IP's of the country they need to convert in. I would like to be able to flip the country to basically anywhere, test the page and make sure everything works as planned. Free or cheap options are fine, but I would like one service that can handle several international VPN's vs needing to use to 20 different services on a single country basis.

Looks pretty solid, unlimited bandwidth as well, could use it for more than just my testing purposes.
Witopia looks great. Signing up now. Check out VPN-GATE as well, its free and fast but doesnt have as many countries. It may have a few that the paid ones don't have though. Its a research project by a university in Japan.
I have always used Overplay and it's been pretty good.

I use Overplay and HideMyAss - I think I got the latter really cheap with some coupons (like $20 for a year) but I can't find them now. HMA has a lot of countries, more than Overplay and Witopia. On the other hand, I find Overplay is much faster when you just want to connect to something ASAP for a quick test.
