[help] CPVLab fatal error (4)

[help] CPVLab fatal error

I have fresh CPVLab install on BeyondHosting. Everything is working fine, but when I try my campaign URL (the one with /base.php?c=XX&key=XXXX&keyword=XXX&adg=XXXX&adc=XX X) I'm getting a fatel erro message:

Am I doing something wrong or anyone had similar problem? :/

Their support seems to be great, did you try to contact them already ?

It looks like a WURFL issue, are you using the latest WURFL database?

That was a clean CPVLab installation. I did contact support and they've sent me a zip with fix, installing it now...

...fingers crossed....
