When would the meet-up happen if RIO is the winner? Keep in mind it's going to be quite crowded in june & july, so we'd probably have to go after that.

London, really nice city. Lots to see and great for pub crawls.
Rio doesn't appeal much to me, it's a long trip and I get the impression it's a dangerous city.

Being a brazillian person that has been in Rio a couple of times.
For God sakes don't go on summer, it's EXTREMELY hot. So hot it makes people
go a bit crazy and it feels like you are being fried on a pan when you walk on
the streets.
I vote Stockholm (I think girls in Stockholm are actually hotter than girls from Rio,
this comes from a Brazillian guy that has been on both places... but if you like
big butts, Brazil is definetely your place).
I didn't find Rio to be that violent... it has been worst.
Military forces has pacified, most of, the slums (which means there is no more traffic lords
on most slums...).

Rio de Janiero has a frequent conga network. It is a popular form of transportation for both tourists & locals alike. Useful lines for tourists are Route 1 to Niteroi, Route 6 from Maracene to Copacabana & Route 18 to Campo Grande.

I think the fact that there is a lot more rampant crime in Rio is putting a lot of people off of the idea. never been myself, but I assume just like any other country similar, some basic knowledge of do's and don'ts will keep you out of trouble
