Hey guys, I'm getting an unmanaged dedicated server and will need a server management service. Heard good things about SupportLobby on webhostingtalk but wanted to check if any STMers have used them before and if they are legit. Thanks in advance!
I've not used them, sadly, but would also be very interested to hear any recommendations for server management services, since lots of STMers would find a reliable server management outsourcer handy.
Web Hosting talk is a bunch of providers all fighting to see who can spam the lowest prices and the most fake reviews. I would take anything you read there with a grain of salt, I know I followed it many years ago and always found the trolling there amusing. Race to $0!
Have to agree... Web Hosting talk is like the Wickedfire of the hosting world. Packed full of threads with crappy deals/specials and pitches with a commensurate number of complaints/flaming threads.
Just wanted to tie up loose ends on this. In case anyone is considering SupportLobby in the future for server management, I went ahead with them in the end and was really impressed with their speed and quality of service. Would heartily recommend!
